The decision not to have foreigners play in the Iranian league this year I believe will negatively affect the NT and the chance for players to improve... Stating that they want to give the younger players more playing time and chances isn't much of a valid reason imo.

Yes this will be the case until the final where teams can then sign 1 foreign player.

Iran league will have 2 champion this year! They will play final four twice, 1 with out imports, and 1 with import.

First champion will be named National Champion, second final four winner will be named Pro Champion!!!

are they following the footsteps of the PBA when we have All-Filipino Champions, and 2 Conferences Champions with imports? or something similar to that?

Then whoever will be Asia's representative to the Olympics will be humiliated unless Blatche plays again with the Philippines. But Philippines would need to get past these teams in FIBA Asia without help from Blatche:
                      Iran with Haddadi
                      China
                      South Korea
                      Jordan with Daghles and Abbas
Lebanon with Khatib, Khazzouh and naturalized
                      Qatar
                      Kazakhstan
                      Taiwan
                      India
                      They call me THE HERO.

He'll probably play in olympics if ever and that could be his last.

Is it true that Memi Becirovic already left Iran NT?

and Slovenian Memi Becirovic, the former coach of the Iran national team that won several titles in the last few years.

They didn't renew Becirovic contract after losing the AG final which was mostly his fault. actually he failed in both 2014 tournaments (WC and AG)

at the moment a temporary president is running the federation, but it seems they are going to sign with a foreign coach in next few days. at least that's what they claim but I just can't trust a temp guy.

per official announcement their next coach will be from Italy, USA, Greece or Serbia. most probably from Italy or USA.
