In the touring Puerto Rico team are 6-3 center Sandra Garcia (2011-12 senior at Wake Forest and former NT member in 2011) and 5-6 PG Jennifer O'Neill (Kentucky, she sat out her soph season for an injury suffered Oct 2011 after a good freshman year).

Another loss for Turkey at home, after being overwhelmed by Montenegro Turkish team was defeated by Japan 63-53.
Japan and Turkey are in the same OQT group.
Best scorers for Japan: Maki Takada and Arisa Fujiwara 13, Maya Kawahara 10, Rina Tanaka 9.
For Turkey: Nevin Nevlin 13, Quanitra Hollingsworth 11, Seda Erdogan 7.

Canada loses to Great Britain 70-57 in the first exhibition game with its final roster.
Canadians led 28-24 at halftime.
Natalie Stafford (16), Jo Leedham (15) and Temi Fagbenle (11) scored in double digits for GB.
Kim Smith (19) of Canada was the game's high scorer, while Natalie Achonwa had 15pts+8reb.
