Puerto Rico with an easy task. Dark horse Panama depending on who will be available from all the pros. Same goes for Jamaica and USVI. Hibbert? Pat Ewing Jr. ? Raja Bell?
Mexico will have a tough time against the Dominicans and Jamaica. Jorge Gonzalez? Pico Cruz? And what about Gustavo Ayon, is he available (insurance)?

Jamaica practically puts together a new team every year, they only have three players back from last year's CBC and two players from the last Centrobasket.

Why isn't Ryan Richards playing for them?
