I heard that the Kentucky Wildcats are also pursuing Anthony Bennett (Findlay Prep L.V.) and Amile Jefferson (Wynnewood, PA). Nerlens Noel will fill in the void that will be left by Anthony Davis Jr.

True, even though offensively he still is far away from AD, at least imo !

I agree. Plus I don't think he is quite the rebounder that Davis was. Noel will be great no doubt, but not quite Davis great IMO.

Also, on a related note to this thread- after watching a number of games, highlights, McDonald's game, Hoop Summit, I think that the recruiting sites have a number of guys misranked on their lists this year. I agree with the sites that Noel and Muhammed are the top two guys (with Muhammed being the better player right now IMO and Noel the better long term prospect) but after that most sites have the big men ranked high and I think guys like Ashley, Austin, Tarczewski, Jerrett (most or all considered top 10 guys) are overrated. Also, I think some of the PG and wing prospects are underrated such as Yogi Ferrell, Alex Poythress, Archie Goodwin, Sam Dekkar, Glenn Robinson, Kris Dunn and Marcus Paige. I see those guys being more impactful in the next year or two in college more than the big men.

Looks like big Przemek Karnowski of Poland is expected to play in the NCAA next eason.

The former U17 World silver medalist is close to a decision and narrowed his choice to Gonzaga, Kansas, Marquette and most recently on Duke.

    Tony Parker commits to UCLA.

It has been a great recruiting season for UCLA. Shabazz Muhammad, Kyle Anderson. Jordan Adams and now Parker. These batch of freshman hype is comparable to the 1965 freshman recruits of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (Lewis Alcindor) and Lucius Allen.

According to recruiting rumors, Anthony Bennett is down to two schools: Kentucky and Florida. I'd say Kentucky, who is making a last ditch to land the coveted forward.

Uncommitted Anthony Bennett won't be playing for Florida and one of his choices left could easily be Kentucky, which is rebuilding the team with 4 top prospects already signed (Nerlens Noel, Alex Poythress, Archie Goodwin and Willie Cauley).

It is reported that Anthony Bennett has dropped both Florida and Kentucky. Bennett is choosing between Oregon and UNLV.
