Hi, BJ-League tryouts are not held simultaneously unless it is for the BJ-League Draft. Team tryouts normally start in September. Follow the BJ-League from their homepage for the announcements: http://www.bj-league.com/bj/Top.do

As of the moment, none. BJ-League office are busy on the coming playoffs and after that audit. Right around August, we can expect announcements from the BJ-League about the draft.

Congratulations to the Toyota Alvark, the JBL 2011-2012 Champions. The acquisition of Kosuke Takeuchi in the offseason had a championship vibe and one indicator was when they won the All Japan Tournament earlier in the year. Overall, it was a team effort as Keijuro Matsui said.

Today is the deadline for the JBA accepting Letter of Intents from interested organizations / teams that will be part of the new JBA League. Tip off is in 2013.

Shimane Susanoo Magic fell to the Kyoto Hannaryz in the first round. Game 1 was a disappointment for the fans. Game 2 and the decisive sudden death game 3 though makes no sense, had Hannaryz advance into the western conference semi-finals.

In all, quite contented with Shimane this season.
