The Lebanese Market these days is very busy in recruiting players for the long waited and expected season 2008-2009.
For these reasons all teams started their preparations early for the first time since summer of 2003 ( The Championships of season 2004-2005 , 2005-2006 , 2006-2007.2007-2008 started late due to the political situation that was in Lebanon).

                        Riyadi :
Signed: Fadi El Khatib(Cherkasy Ukrain) . Mohamad Ibrahim (College USA), Yehia Sabra (Sagesse), Abdallah Hijazi (renewal)
                        Foreign Players: Nate Johnson

                        Moutahed:
Signed: Mazen Mneimneh (Riyadi ) , Mario Abboud (Champville) , Tomy Ammar (Australia)
                        Foreign Players: Tony Williams

                        Sagesse :
Signed: Nadim Souaid (Antranik ) , Bassem Balaa (Blue Stars)
In negotiations: Brian Beshara (Moutahed), Matt Freiji (USA)
Foreign Players: Trent Strickland in trial

                        Champville :
Signed: Ramy Akiki (Riyadi ) , Nadim Hawi (renewal)

                        Blue Stars:
Signed: Jad Moubarak (Tour Aintoura )
Foreign Players: Larry Cox in trial

As for the other teams, they are under negotiations with many players, the image will be clearer by the end of the signatures deadline which is end of September 2008.
