Each team will have only 5 players from this list which of course will improve the level of the league.

Next thing,what would you benefit if you have Karl Sarkis between the level A players

i dont think Anibal could afford signing 5 from those players neither kahraba or hoops.
So Sagesse-Mouttahed-Riyadi and Champville will share the most and the other teams will gain the rest.In that case,you will see some players like Ramy Akiki playing for Anibal or hoops,Ali Fakhreddine to "X" ....

I will wait to see the official list to see, but it look like another stupid, or incomplete move by the Lebanese federation.
Taking into consideration the list Daniab gave (even so I don't agree with it, on more than 10 players name, but this is not the point ) and the suspected movement for next season, we can see that:

A total of 9 players, that will be unemployed next season, I don't see how Antranik, Hoops, Kahraba or Anibal can afford to pay them, unless the federation reduce the number of foreigners per team to just one. So instead of a club paying 10k to recruit a foreigner they would pay 3 time 3.5k and recruit three good Lebanese, but I doubt that the federation will have the guts to take this kind of move.

that are performing well in the season, to play outside with them like in arab and asian championships...

Maybe, but is it really the quantity that matters ? Beside paying two foreigners 10k per month, bring a very good one for 15k, and a good Lebanese for 3k and save some money. I am not saying its the best way, but they will have to find a way for the teams to be able to afford the local players.

Distribute them ? Are they objects ?

Say, Rami Akiki want 5,000$ per month, and the federation "distributed" him to Anibal that can only afford to pay their Lebanese 3,000$ per month what do they do?

I don't think they can offer the club direct money, this whole list thing could have been a good ideal if it was studied correctly, and not implemented without any studly like everything this federation seems to be doing.

At least this federation is trying to improve (some of it's members are not) they are giving some ideas so I guess the members and teams that don't like them should at least propose better ideas to improve the league and the level and not just object. anyway about the money thing the Federation will help every team with a small amount not more than 150 K ( I know it's never enough for anything) but if they can afford to pay it for small teams early in the season they might be able to sign better contracts at least this is what many admins from small teams are saying.

From where will the federation come with such an amount 150,000 USD per club ? If you consider that we have 8 clubs then it is, 1,200,000 $ do you really consider this as a small amount ? And even if they had such numbers, when do they intend to give it to the clubs ?

good news is that fadi is training well to get his old performance...it seems that he will continue being the captain of the national team for several more years to come

The decision is taken,each team have only the right to sign with 5 players max from this list and the first result is releasing Moe Ibrahim (Riyadi) and signing with Mouttahed.
Riyadi still has to release one player,most probably it will be Ali Fakhreddine.

All the U22 players are not included in the "Level A list" like Rodrigue Akl and his brother .....

So far we have 3 strong teams (Riyadi,Mouttahed and Champville),if Sagesse could join them then the league will be on fire.
Antranik is not really bad with renewing the contract of Rudy Farraj and signing Marwan Ziede,Charbel El Sokhen and Anis Feghali!
Hoops average team,will rely on Moe Hamdar,Anthony Yamin and their imports.
Kahraba is absent,and so is Sagesse till now!
