if no surprises occured, ASU, Riyadi, Champville and Ittihad would be in the semis.

Well may be but ASS from Morocco have a good team and proved this in the final of last year's edition .

it's a good chance to attempt all the imports before the official competitions begins

yea but these other 4 seem to be the best we have to wait and see, maybe Tunisians can have an impact also as they did in Afro Basket

i hope to see a riyadi-champville final inorder to evaluate the preparations of both teams + testing the chemistry among the team players especially the key ones

i think the final will be between riyadi and champville nshalla
by the way the teams from morroco and tunisia will be good teams i think... last year riyadi won by just 2 pts on a team from morroco... they play very physical... and ittihad l skandare will be also a good team with ismael ahmad ...plus ASU performed well in the arab championship last season...but champville and riyadi will be in the final

i don't know but i guess that Zain had never been in any tourney in Lebanon before although this tourney is one of the best in the region

plus till now Zain club players did not join the team + no imports till now ( some negotiations but not that real ) .....

May be they look for sponsors and money as in Dubai Tourneys

The level of this tournament is really good this year.

                      -Riyadi (competitive team as usual)
-Champville (with Fadi El khatib,Elie Stephan and Ghaleb Rida) they can also compete.
-ASU (also good team with Abbas brothers)
-Ittihad Alex (Ismael Ahmad is on the team so i expect them to be good)

I dont have any idea abt the other teams and their levels but the 2 participating teams from Tunisia and Morroco are ranked first or second i think in their local league!
